If you ever need to return a product please contact us first to verify that the part is faulty. Once this is confirmed, we will issue an RMA number for its return. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to us using a courier providing Recorded Delivery. A full refund for carriage will be issued once the faulty product has been received by us. All returned goods MUST be returned in their original packaging or equivalent. Once the faulty item is received a replacement or repaired part will be despatched, free of charge, via courier or freight forwarder.

NB: Goods which have been returned to us without a genuine RMA number will not be processed for replacement/refund.
